Please note I am not a licensed Nutritionist and offer the Nutrtion Framework based on research, lived experience and teaching from experts as well as my own formal certificaiton in functional nutrition.

  • After you book, you are directed to a Pre Session Intake Form. Please complete the Form 48 hours before our session and in one sitting as the form does not (part) save before hitting the submit button at the bottom of the form. I take these intake Forms serius, read them in detail before we meet so your session stays focused on your priorities and next steps — not background. I may ask a couple of clarification questions at our session to help deepen our work together in helping you get back to yourself.

  • Grazia will do everything to accommodate you. However, because diary availability is intentionally limited, rescheduling can be tricky. Please give at least 48 hours’ email notice if you cannot make your appointment. You receive one free reschedule.

    Before your first session and your Lock-In Follow-Up session, please complete the online form for each session at least 48 hours in advance. This is what keeps your sessions focused and genuinely useful. Every effort is made to make this process smooth, equally please make every effort to complete the Online Forms atleast 48 hours before your sessiond date.
